Hello to everyone reading this, if there are any of you left. I dropped off the face of the earth, moved to a new apartment, finished up classes, fell off track, gained 15 pounds, and got back on track.
My lowest weight on the plan was 217, which was sometime around April, and as of last week I was back up to 232. fortunately, I caught myself and am back on plan and working back down to that lovely 217. Oh so close to 199. I have had some MAJOR setbacks, and never really went completely out of control, but as you can tell by the weight gain, I wasn’t being healthy. Too many carbs, too many drinks, too much pizza!
Hooray for Friday today! I am up early and just finished a “Green Monster” shake. They are seriously unbelievable, and I HIGHLY recommend you try them if you haven’t. Here’s a link to the info: http://greenmonstermovement.com/
I weigh in on Monday, and that will be the first real day that I am hoping to see a loss, which I am excited about!

I keep coming back hoping that you would post again. Good luck getting back on the wagon and don’t be too discouraged. It’s a struggle for all of us.
