I find that when my blogging slacks, my weight loss slacks. I have had a busy/rough couple of weeks. Today will be my first day back in the gym in a week, and i gained 2.8 pounds IN ONE WEEK. I am back at 215 and very frustrated. I ate very badly for about 4 days in a row, but I am back in the game. I’m ready to keep on getting those numbers down.

I am here and very busy. I haven’t been keeping up with my blogging! It’s been a rough semester, and I am going to check back in sometime tomorrow with a post and read up on everyone else’s posts!
Good news is that though I haven’t been blogging, I’ve been keeping up with WW and have lost another 6 pounds since this post! So I haven’t fallen off the wagon.
Anyway, I will comment to you when I get back in the game and start reading blogs again

busy I undersatnd…just so long you are not in hiding…I have gone there my self in the past. Congrats on the 6 lbs!!! YAY you!!! Keep it up!
