I am sheepishly returning. I haven’t been around in months. I gained 20 pounds back in that time, and I haven’t exercised either. I am still down 38 pounds for my start over a year ago…and as of today I am back on plan again. I seem to be doing a sort of 3 steps forward 2 steps back type thing.

Good job on coming back. It really does help to share about it. I too am sheepishly returning to posting about my life and weight loss. It’s not easy when you have gained some back. I have done just like you but am back on track “pretty good”. Keep up the good work. As long as we don’t completley give up we will make it to where we want to go.
